3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify EdVirons immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

EdVirons respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. The Service includes:

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant EdVirons a license to use, store, and distribute such content as necessary to provide the Service.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis

8. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, EdVirons does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control. Our offline-first design ensures educational continuity even when internet connectivity is limited.

9. Limitation of Liability

EdVirons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding any claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
